With the sport of motocross gaining popularity from the late 60's, Suzuki dirt bikes cemented their dominance on the sport with a string of 500cc World MX championships during the early 70's and continue to win titles all over the world.
Making its stateside debut in 2003, Suzuki prepared the Burgman for success on American shores by launching an aggressive urban marketing campaign in major metropolitan areas, including a billboard in New York's Time Square.
Available in 400cc and 650cc versions, the Burgman 400 was upgraded in '07 with a tweaked motor, comfier ergos and improved componentry. Making both models two of the best driving/riding scooters in the states. The Burgman 400 is the best-selling scooter in the 126cc-and-over category.
Suzuki was the leader in the development of 4-wheeled ATVs. It sold the first ATV, the 1982 QuadRunner LT125, which was a recreational machine for beginners.
In 1985 Suzuki introduced to the industry the first high-performance 4-wheel ATV, the Suzuki LT250R QuadRacer. This machine was in production for the 1985-1992 model years.
Now Suzuki offers sport and utility ATV's that to this day are still dominating the competition.
